Key Responsibilities: Business Strategy & Market Leadership : Develop and execute a long-term strategic roadmap for the Oncology Division. Identify high-potential market opportunities , partnerships, and collaborations. Drive P&L ownership , ensuring revenue, profit, and market share growth . Sales, Market Development & Expansion: Build and lead a high-performance sales team specializing in oncology. Drive product penetration, sales growth, and market adoption . Establish strong partnerships with oncologists, hospitals, and decision-makers . Clinical & Product Expertise: Stay ahead in oncology advancements, emerging therapies, and market trends . Provide clinical insights & technical training to sales teams and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and clinical best practices . Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a top-tier oncology sales and clinical support team . Foster a culture of innovation, performance, and excellence . Implement advanced training programs to elevate sales and clinical expertise. Key Qualifications: 15+ years of leadership experience in Oncology (Medical Devices, Pharma, or Healthcare). Proven track record in sales strategy, market expansion, and revenue growth . Strong network with Various Specialty involved oncologists, KOLs, hospitals, and healthcare institutions .
