Job Summary: The Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth for our organization. This role involves leading digital marketing, demand generation, content strategy, and account-based marketing while collaborating with sales and product teams to position the company as an industry leader. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Oversee demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, and brand positioning. Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and innovation. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing with revenue objectives. 2. Lead Generation & Demand Generation Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts. Optimize conversion funnels to improve marketing-generated revenue. 3. Brand Building & Thought Leadership Strengthen the companys brand positioning in the IT services industry. Manage public relations, media outreach, and partnerships to enhance visibility. Oversee the creation of high-quality content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars. Develop thought leadership programs, including executive branding on professional networking social media(LinkedIn, etc..). 4. Digital Marketing & Analytics Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising campaigns. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI. Manage website strategy, ensuring user experience (UX) and lead conversion optimization. 5. Events & Partnerships Plan and execute marketing efforts for industry conferences, webinars, and networking events. Develop strategic alliances with technology partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, etc.). 6. Customer Engagement & Retention Develop marketing campaigns to enhance customer retention and upsell opportunities. Manage customer advocacy programs, including testimonials and case studies. Key Requirements: Education & Experience Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services or technology. Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand building. Experience in managing a marketing team and working with sales teams. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities. Expertise in SEO, PPC, ABM, and digital marketing analytics. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.). Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign performance measurement. Aptitude to leverage latest cutting-edge technologies to enhance Marketing KPIs Preferred Qualifications: Experience in marketing for cloud services, enterprise integration, AI/ML, and enterprise IT solutions. Knowledge of emerging B2B marketing trends and technologies. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
