Head - Digital Transformation

As a leader at MetaMorph, you play a crucial role in driving Digital Transformation strategies across the enterprise. Your responsibilities include: - Leading and managing Digital Transformation strategies to meet IT Industry 4.0 standards - Collaborating with internal IT teams, IT vendors, and the leadership team to drive digital adoption and usage of IT applications/solutions - Managing Business Process Transformation projects and ensuring adherence to processes across different verticals - Driving strategic business growth through Digital Transformation solutions - Developing a clear and compelling Digital strategy for the company's short-term and medium-term future - Integrating all relevant Digital initiatives into the strategic planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation, and execution Additionally, you will be based out of the Coimbatore HQ and will travel across the country to support Digital-related work. You will work in a performance-driven culture, occasionally traveling to retail stores and regional offices.
