You will be responsible for creating a digital backbone for BSL by setting up ERP systems, designing SOPs, and implementing AI-powered workflows. Your focus will be on establishing systems, libraries, and processes that elevate BSL to the level of global OEMs like Rittal and Schneider. **Key Responsibilities:** - Map and implement ERP workflows from inquiry to dispatch. - Standardize product families, libraries, and catalogs. - Integrate AI tools into design, BOM, QC, and dashboards. - Write SOPs in alignment with ISO/IEC/UL standards. - Lead change initiatives and provide training to a young and ambitious team. **Qualifications:** - BE or Diploma in IT/Computer or equivalent degree. - 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing, process management, or ERP implementation. - Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, ERPNext, or Zoho, as well as CAD software like AutoCAD, E-Plan, or SolidWorks. - Exposure to AI tools, automation, or Industry 4.0 concepts is preferred. - Must possess a strategic mindset, leadership skills, and a focus on execution.
