Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhandara for the position of Head – Design, Process & Application Engineering. The role involves overseeing the design and development of products, managing process engineering activities, and ensuring application engineering standards. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the engineering team, coordinating with other departments, ensuring the implementation of quality standards, and continuously improving engineering processes to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Design Engineering, Process Engineering, and Application Engineering
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in CAD software, process simulation tools, and other engineering software
• Thorough understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements related to Friction Materials
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
• Pertinent experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
