Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Building and maintaining relationship with key stakeholders including government Officials, regulatory bodies, media and the public.

Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company's image, manage Its reputation and address public concerns.
Navigating the regulatory landscape, securing necessary permits and licenses and Advocating for the company's interests with government entities.

Managing internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and transparency.

Ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations and implementing Robust internal controls.

Overseeing various administrative functions to ensure the smooth and efficient Operations of the organizations

Manage and development of company's Corporate Social Responsibility programs.

Responsible for estate management (i.e. entire immoveable property of the Company) land management, ensuring possession of land and

establishments from all incumbents.

Examining and assessing compensation and rent of the land, premises, buildings, and Finalization of rates prior to approval of the Management.

Undertaking activities for eviction of unauthorized occupations, land encroachment and illegal shops / establishments

Effective lesioning with state like, Dist. Collector, Superintendent of Police, Thana In charge, SDM and Tehsildar, Forest department and significant others.
