Brief Description

Head of Corporate is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's relationships with external stakeholders, including partners, clients, and the public. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans to enhance the company's reputation, build strong partnerships, and effectively communicate the company's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate relations strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate key relationships with stakeholders.
  • Manage the company's reputation and brand image.
  • Develop and execute communication plans, including internal and external communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage interactions with the media and public relations in coordination with Marketing team.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans.
  • Manage and mitigate potential reputational risks.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to corporate relations.
  • Provide recommendations for improving effectiveness.

Experience

  • More than 15 years of experience in company secretarial, corporate governance and compliance management.
  • Exposure in closely working with internal as well as external stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning and execution.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Education

  • Masters degree in communications, public relations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
