Job Description

Role Overview:

The Corporate Communications Head will be responsible for driving the overall communication strategy of the Group internally and externally. This includes leadership communication, public relations, branding, marketing communications, and digital media visibility. The role demands a blend of creative vision, strategic communication, and

business understanding to effectively represent the Groups leadership and values.

The ideal candidate will also act as a PR representative for Founders , managing image-building, stakeholder relationships, and brand visibility across traditional and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy aligned with the Groups business goals.
  • Manage all internal and external communications including media relations, press releases, thought leadership articles, and corporate announcements.
  • Act as the Groups primary PR representative, ensuring positive brand perception and visibility for leadership .
  • Oversee all branding and marketing communications from creative campaigns to digital storytelling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, PR agencies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead content strategy for the Groups website, newsletters, and social media channels.
  • Partner with senior leadership for speech writing, event communications, and corporate messaging.
  • Plan and manage CSR and corporate events, press conferences, and public engagements.
  • Ensure brand consistency and tone of communication across all touchpoints.
  • Supervise the design and creative team for marketing collaterals, videos, and visual branding.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field.
  • Experience: 2022 years in Corporate Communications, Branding, or Media Relations preferably from large corporate or diversified business groups.
  • Background: Marketing & creative foundation with strong media and PR exposure.
  • Personality: Well-presented, articulate, and influential, with the ability to represent top leadership in public and media forums. :

Skills

  • Proven experience in Corporate Communications, PR, and Brand Management.
  • Solid exposure to CCD (Corporate Communication Department) functions and processes.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy and online brand presence.
  • Expertise in marketing campaigns, content creation, and creative direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English essential; Tamil/Hindi desirable).
  • Media networking and crisis communication management.
  • Leadership experience managing creative, content, and design teams.
