Head Consulting & Strategic Partnerships (Public Sector)

Role Overview: As Head- Consulting & Strategic Partnerships (Public Sector) for our client in the social impact sector, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Talent, Organisation Development (OD), and Strategy solutions across the social impact sector. You will play a crucial role in forming strategic partnerships, enhancing client relationships, and creating a robust pipeline of opportunities to boost their impact in the sector. Key Responsibilities: - Build and implement a high-performing BD strategy in line with the organization's service verticals. - Drive CSR partnerships, consulting contracts, and market expansion. - Lead and develop a cross-functional BD team consisting of 35 members across different verticals. Qualifications: - 8-12 years of demonstrated sales/BD experience in consulting, CSR, or development sectors. - Proven track record of closing large-scale deals worth 4 Cr+. - Preferred experience in social innovation, blended finance, or ecosystem-building.
