Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Role Overview:

Strategic and leadership role responsible for driving revenue through commercial sales/leasing, managing key client relationships, and formulating go-to-market plans for commercial assets across the companys portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute sales & leasing strategy for commercial projects (Grade A office, retail, F&B, showrooms, managed offices).
Lead the entire deal cycle: prospecting pitching negotiation closure documentation.
Manage relationships with IPCs (CBRE, JLL, C&W), major corporates, investors, and large retailers.
Drive occupancy and monetization plans for assets under development and ready stock.
Assess market trends, competition, rental benchmarks, absorption patterns, and pricing recommendations.
Prepare business plans, revenue forecasts, and MIS reports for management.
Oversee large-ticket transactions (lease, BTS, strata sale) and ensure high-quality documentation (LOI, Agreement to Lease, ATS).
Manage and mentor the junior sales/leasing team.
Coordinate with design, projects, legal, and finance teams to address client requirements.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.
Ensure compliance with RERA, statutory norms, and internal SOPs.

Skills Required:

Strong negotiation and closing skills for high-value commercial deals
Established broker & IPC network in Pune
Deep understanding of commercial real estate, leasing structures, rentals, CAM, lock-in, and escalation norms
Strategic mindset with strong analytical & financial understanding
Leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
