In this role, your key responsibilities will include: - Building trust through driving long-term partnerships and managing escalations effectively. - Collaborating with various teams to translate client briefs into innovative branded content solutions. - Managing end-to-end campaigns to ensure value delivery and customer retention through cross-selling and upselling strategies. - Utilizing your strong storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives and pitch them effectively to clients in the unscripted content business. - Keeping updated with industry analytics and trends in the digital ecosystem to maximize revenue potential with clients/agencies. Qualifications required for this position are: - MBA with 8+ years of experience in the media agency or consumer internet industry. - Preferred experience includes working with agencies.
