Expertise Required : Mastery in traditional North Indian cuisine Proficiency with tandoor, curries, kebabs & regional flavors Experience in Bengali cuisine will be a strong added advantage Key Responsibilities : – Lead, train, and supervise the culinary team – Design and execute authentic and innovative menus – Manage kitchen operations, food quality, and hygiene standards – Oversee inventory, procurement & cost control – Ensure consistency in taste, plating, and service standards – Collaborate with F&B for an exceptional guest experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid time off Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Siliguri, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
