Head Chef or Senior Chef or CDP Main duties will be: 1) Running and taking care of both the kitchens (Hot and Cold Kitchens), Coffee, Juice and Salad Counter. 2) To take care of and Monitor other activities like Stock, Ordering raw materials (to our Manager) etc. 3) To optimize the labour requirement and assist us in employing new labour and/or removing staff, if any 4) To ensure proper Hygiene at the work place 5) To ensure proper discipline in the Kitchen / F&B 6) To ensure proper Timings are maintained by the staff 7) To ensure proper storage of all raw materials 8) To ensure proper Plating of all Food 9) To Teach the F&B Service staff about proper serving / cleaning techniques 10) To meet and Interact with Guests, if needed 11) To monitor Food quality and Lay down proper processes in the Kitchens 12) To write down all the recipes of our Menu and ensure they are being followed 13) To introduce new items on the Menu keeping in line with our Policy 14) To assist our Social Media team for promotion of our Venture 15) To assist in Pest control 16) To design and execute any special Food Festivals during the year 17) To work closely with our Directors and Manager for better and smooth running of the restaurant 18) Last but not the least – Be an active part of the Cooking/Preparation team We are looking for someone (Male/Female)
