Job Title: Chef & Kitchen Helper (Chinese Snacks)
Location: Mi Ma Mo, Ghaziabad

1. Chef (Chinese Snacks Specialist)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese snacks such as momos, noodles, fried rice, spring rolls, etc.
• Maintain quality, taste, and hygiene standards.
• Manage kitchen stock, ingredients, and ensure timely food preparation.
• Train and guide helpers in basic kitchen tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience in cooking Chinese snacks is mandatory.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹22,000 + ₹3,000 incentives

2. Kitchen Helper

Responsibilities:

• Assist the chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
• Help in serving and packing orders.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required (training will be provided).
• Hardworking, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Salary: As per experience and performance (within given range).
