Job Title: Chef & Kitchen Helper (Chinese Snacks) Location: Mi Ma Mo, Ghaziabad 1. Chef (Chinese Snacks Specialist) Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese snacks such as momos, noodles, fried rice, spring rolls, etc. Maintain quality, taste, and hygiene standards. Manage kitchen stock, ingredients, and ensure timely food preparation. Train and guide helpers in basic kitchen tasks. Requirements: Experience in cooking Chinese snacks is mandatory. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred. Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹22,000 + ₹3,000 incentives 2. Kitchen Helper Responsibilities: Assist the chef in daily kitchen operations. Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables and ingredients. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. Help in serving and packing orders. Requirements: No prior experience required (training will be provided). Hardworking, punctual, and eager to learn. Team player with a positive attitude.
