Head, Business Marketing - Pincode & Indus

As the Head of Business Marketing at PhonePe Limited, you will lead end-to-end customer acquisition and brand building for two innovative ventures: Pincode and Indus. Reporting to the Group CMO, you will work closely with the CEO of Pincode and the CBO of Indus, embodying a philosophy of "build, measure, learn, adapt" to drive impact in nascent markets. Pincode revolutionizes last-mile delivery by empowering local neighborhood stores, creating a sustainable ecosystem supporting local businesses and providing rapid delivery to consumers. Indus is an innovative app store catering to India's diverse linguistic landscape. Your role involves crafting compelling brand narratives, executing integrated marketing strategies, and building enduring relationships with consumers and partners. You will define the voice of these businesses, bring them to life through creative campaigns, and ensure measurable impact on acquisition and engagement. Responsibilities include developing brand strategies, executing integrated marketing campaigns, content marketing, performance marketing, social & community engagement, CRM strategies, team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, metrics & insights, user acquisition, store acquisition, hyperlocal marketing, localization, developer relations, and ecosystem awareness. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of marketing leadership experience, expertise in brand building, customer acquisition, and launching new businesses. You should possess full-stack marketing proficiency, marketplace experience, agility, adaptability, strategic & operational excellence, and leadership skills.
