15+ years of overall experience, 10+ years of relevant analytics experience to handle big dataShould have the ability to develop dashboards as well as coach a set of 50+ analysts on building dashboardsMonitor data flow pipelines, identify bugs and bug fixingDebug code from code repository and submission of change log for approvalCollation of dashboards feature requests and define timelines for requirements closureSpecific knowledge in Google tools like Cider and Critique preferrableGood statistical knowledge to perform regression models and other stat analysisExperience in Intermediate to Advanced statistics and data modelling
