**Job Description:** Banquet Sales department is seeking a Head of Banquet Sales (Manager) who will be reporting to the Corporate Head. As the Head of Banquet Sales, you will be responsible for maximizing sales through various banquet services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing contracts in accordance with company policies and ensuring they are signed by clients before events - Establishing tie-ups for outdoor catering services - Analyzing business gaps and devising strategies to enhance business prospects - Setting realistic expectations and driving efforts to increase company revenues - Overseeing the operations of the sales force and ensuring annual sales targets are met - Managing party and outdoor catering operations in collaboration with other departments - Creating event prospectus and coordinating with other departments for seamless event execution - Monitoring team performance and sales goals to ensure targets are achieved **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum graduate with excellent communication skills - 4-6 years of experience in Banquet Sales Department, preferably in 5-star hotels - Familiarity with MS Office - Ability to lead a team - Innovative mindset The company offers a permanent position with competitive remuneration based on industry standards.
