Head Chemist / Junior Chemist

As a Brewery Technician at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our finished products. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting excellent sensory analysis to maintain product quality - Handling and propagating yeast for fermentation process - Monitoring water chemistry for optimal brewing conditions - Performing Swab Tests to ensure cleanliness and hygiene - Checking Dissolved Oxygen (DO) levels in finished products - Maintaining consistency in finished products - Calculating and verifying Alcohol By Volume (ABV) in finished products - Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and glassware - Adhering to strict hygiene protocols - Being open to working flexible shifts - Demonstrating good communication skills and computer literacy To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Diploma/B.Tech/BE in Biotechnology or Microbiology - Proficiency in Bengali, English, and Hindi languages (optional) - Age between 22 to 30 years - Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience - Honest, flexible, enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated with a willingness to learn - Effective verbal and written communication skills Join our team and contribute to the excellence of our brewery operations!,
