Head Chemist / Junior Chemist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for various duties related to brewery operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of finished products. Your key responsibilities will include excellent sensory analysis, yeast handling, water chemistry, knowledge in Swab Test, checking DO in finished product, ensuring consistency in finished product, calculating and checking ABV in finished product, handling lab equipments and glassware, maintaining hygiene protocols, being flexible with shifts, and possessing good communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Perform excellent sensory analysis of brewery products - Handle yeast and propagate as required - Monitor and manage water chemistry for brewing processes - Conduct Swab Test and interpret results - Check Dissolved Oxygen (DO) levels in finished products - Ensure consistency in finished products - Calculate and verify Alcohol By Volume (ABV) in finished products - Handle lab equipments and glassware with care - Maintain high hygiene standards in all brewery operations - Be willing to work in flexible shifts - Possess good communication skills and be well-groomed - Have basic computer knowledge Qualification Required: - Diploma / Btech/ BE in Biotechnology or Microbiology - Age between 22-30 years - Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience - Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Bengali, English, and optional Hindi - Honest, flexible, enthusiastic, reliable, dedicated, and willing to learn - Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing,
