Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head BAMS Doctor located in Meerut. The Head BAMS Doctor will be responsible for overseeing patient care, formulating and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring adherence to protocols. Duties include supervising a team of BAMS doctors, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and providing training and mentorship. Additional responsibilities involve maintaining patient records, conducting follow-ups, and contributing to the development of new healthcare strategies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in Ayurveda, BAMS degree required
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in medical record keeping and follow-up procedures
• Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus
