As the Head - B2C for the leading NBFC in Gurgaon, your role will involve overseeing the B2C segment, managing P&L, optimizing the customer journey, and leading a high-performing team. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the P&L for the B2C segment - Oversee the entire customer journey from lead generation to loan disbursement - Develop strategies for digital lead generation and customer acquisition - Optimize loan conversion processes - Utilize data-driven insights to enhance customer journeys and operational efficiency - Lead and mentor a team focused on innovation and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with tech teams for seamless loan processing - Monitor market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities Qualification Required: - Proven experience in B2C operations with strong P&L management - Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition - Strong understanding of home loan and LAP processes - Leadership skills with a customer-first approach - Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and tech-driven operations You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with competitive salary packages and performance-based bonuses.
