Head Architecture Design ( Highrise projects 50+ floors )

Senior Architect with expertise in designing, executing & end-to-end handling of large-scale high-rise buildings (50+ floors).
Proven track record of handling large-scale in-house projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and driving design from concept to completion

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of high-rise residential/commercial towers (50+floors).Oversee in-house architectural projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuringdesign integrity and adherence to project timelines and budgets.Lead and manage a team of architects, draftsmen, and consultants, ensuring highstandards of performance and collaboration.Take individual ownership of critical design decisions, project milestones, andclient/stakeholder coordination.Collaborate with structural, MEP, and construction teams for integrated project delivery.Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainabilitystandards.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and design implementation.Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.15+ years of relevant experience in high-rise (50+ floors) building design and execution.Proven experience in end-to-end project handling for large-scale real estatedevelopments.Strong team leadership and project management capabilities.Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Project.Deep knowledge of high-rise building codes, construction systems, and faade design.Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualities:Exposure to in-house design roles with developers or real estate firms.Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Passion for innovative, sustainable, and efficient architectural solutions.
