Head Architect

As the Head Architect at Della Township in Mumbai with frequent travel required, your role will involve leading the architectural vision, planning, and execution of luxury township developments, villas, and master planning projects. Your strategic leadership and technical expertise will be crucial in delivering high-end, innovative, and sustainable architectural solutions in alignment with the company's brand ethos. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Architectural Leadership & Strategy** - Lead and manage the in-house architectural team and collaborate with external consultants. - Define design guidelines, quality standards, and architectural principles for township and luxury projects. - Ensure all architectural designs meet brand aesthetics, functional requirements, and statutory norms. - **Project Planning & Execution** - Oversee conceptual design, schematic development, and final construction drawings. - Review and approve master plans, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and public spaces. - Conduct regular site visits to Lonavala for design supervision, quality checks, and team coordination. - **Municipal & Regulatory Coordination** - Communicate with municipal authorities for approvals, permissions, and compliance with building regulations. - Ensure timely submission of drawings and documents as per municipal requirements. - **Stakeholder Coordination** - Collaborate with MEP, structural, landscape, and interior teams for seamless integration of design elements. - Work closely with project management and construction teams to maintain design intent during execution. - **Innovation & Sustainability** - Implement sustainable design principles, green building practices, and new materials in township planning. - Stay updated on global architectural trends and adapt them to the local context. **Job Expectations:** **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in large-scale township or luxury residential projects. - Strong knowledge of municipal by-laws, building codes, and township planning regulations. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc. - Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with frequent travel. **Work Environment & Travel:** - Base Location: Mumbai - Frequent travel to Lonavala for site visits, client meetings, and project reviews (minimum 2-3 times per week or as per project needs). **Minimum Qualification:** - Bachelors/Masters Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. **Minimum Job Experience:** - Minimum 10-15 years of architectural experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
