Job Description

As a Solution Architect at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of architects and technical experts in solutioning and delivery. Your role will involve driving transformation strategies by leveraging AI/ML technologies, overseeing both application management services and product development initiatives, and engaging in business transformation and enterprise architecture-based solutioning. You will also be responsible for providing CXO-level consulting with strong strategic planning and communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of architects and technical experts in solutioning and delivery. - Drive transformation strategies leveraging AI/ML technologies. - Oversee both application management services and product development initiatives. - Engage in business transformation and enterprise architecture-based solutioning. - Provide CXO-level consulting with strong strategic planning and communication skills. **Qualifications Required:** - Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner's EAM, IAF). - Strong experience in AI/ML solutioning and production deployments. - Proficiency in ITIL v3/v4 and ITSM tools (certification preferred). - Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google). - Technical proficiency in AI/ML tools and libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, Python, R, OpenCV, etc.).
