Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head Architect to lead our team in Dadar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement architectural designs and plans for various projects.
Lead and manage a team of architects and engineers to achieve project goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely project completion.
Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in architectural software and tools.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
A graduate or postgraduate degree in Architecture is required.
