Job Description

Lead the planningdesignand execution of hospital expansion projects.
Ensure architectural excellenceMEPF coordinationand regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement standardized layouts for hospital spaces.
Coordinate seamlessly with MEPF and architectural designs.
Adhere to JCINABHNABLand internal healthcare design standards.
Optimize healthcare infrastructure and reduce turnaround time for tender and execution drawings.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in ArchitectureCivil Engineeringor Healthcare Infrastructure Planning.
Minimum 12 years of experience in hospital design and architecturehealthcare infrastructureor large-scale architectural projects.
Possess strong knowledge of healthcare facility planning and compliance (JCINABHNABL).
Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCADRevitSketchUpBIMand Photoshop.
Exhibit leadershipstrategic planningand stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
