Job Description

Collaborate with multiple disciplines, including Architecture, Structures & MEP, to deliver project goals.
Utilize Navisworks/Other software or tools to coordinate BIM models with design team members from other trades.
Demonstrate conflicts and clashes in BIM models and resolve them.
Customize intelligent components to optimize production processes.
Manage BIM file management for multiple projects, including file naming, versioning, viewports, paper sheet setup, scripts, etc.
Provide training and technical support to design staff on Building Information Modeling systems.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
Proficiency in English and persuasive communication and presentation skills.
Enthusiasm and passion for learning and delivering high-quality results.
Proactive and collaborative approach to work, capable of working effectively in multi-cultural, multi-location teams.
Strong knowledge of BIM and CAD Domain essentials for project setup, work-sharing, and project delivery.
Experience with Navisworks/Other software or tools to coordinate BIM models with design team members from other trades.
