Position: Head – Accounts & Finance (CFO succession role)
Location: Okhla, Delhi NCR
CTC Range: upto 18 LPA

Experience: 7–10 years

Communication: Excellent communication skills mandatory
Core Expertise: Strong GST & taxation knowledge is critical

Qualification Preference• CA – First Preference (Highly Preferred)

• MBA in Finance – Preferred

– Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes preferred

Industry Preference• Startup / E-commerce / New-age companies

• Hands-on accounting, GST, compliance-heavy roles

Role Summary:

This is a CFO-track leadership role, where the selected candidate will be groomed as the future CFO. The incumbent will take ownership of Accounts, GST, Compliance, MIS, and Financial Controls, while partnering closely with leadership on strategic finance.

• Experience handling audits & regulatory reporting
