HCM Techno Functional

As a HCM Techno Functional working in the Global HRIS transition project, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting Workday HCM solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as a subject matter expert on HCM functional topics such as Core HR, Onboarding, Talent, and Annual review. - Configuring, testing, validating, and implementing Business Process changes in Workday. - Assisting in testing integrations and security. - Providing training and support to internal teams on Workday configuration and integration solutions. - Ensuring technical functionality is working as expected and assisting in defect resolution. - Assisting in the design and implementation of security configurations, roles, and permissions within Workday. - Developing, customizing, and deploying applications on the Workday Extend platform. - Utilizing Workday Extend features like Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, and custom UI development tools to create tailored solutions. - Providing support for incident management and integration monitoring. - Following Data Governance, integration/development standards, best practices, and ensuring security and data privacy standards. In terms of Functional Skills/Competencies, you should have mandatory experience with Workday implementation tools, Web Services and APIs, strong technical experience with XML and Java, and strong functional experience in Core HR, Onboarding, Talent, and Annual review.
