Fresher candidates should be prepared on the below skillset for interview: Knowledge of Elevator maintenance equipment Excellent knowledge of technical systems In-depth knowledge of mechanics, signalization and electronics Excellent verbal and written communication skills for End User and Engineer to diagnose the issue and recommend resolution IT literate- preferably with experience using Microsoft Office (Outllook, MS Word, Excel,) Possess the ability to work well within a team environment while demonstrating the ability to make decision Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
