Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite Perform simple video editing tasks - Camtasia Coordinate and schedule training sessions for students Maintain and update student and training records and databases Communicate with students and trainers to ensure smooth coordination of training activities. Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Sharepoint Experience with video edition Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred. Should work as a enablement assistant (which is a lot like PMO work with co-ordination) and should know Camtasia video editing software Shift timings : 2 PM to 11.30 PM IST Can share CV ramalakshmi.a@hcltech.com
