HCC Trainer

As a Process Trainer / Quality Analyst with 8+ years of experience in HCC, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Design and deliver effective HCC process training for new hires and existing team members. - Collaborate with Operations and QA teams to update training materials as per client and process changes. - Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate learning outcomes. - Ensure all training activities adhere to HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards. - Maintain training records, attendance logs, and certification data accurately. - Analyze performance trends and contribute to process improvement. - Submit regular reports on training effectiveness and quality metrics. In order to be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 8 years of experience in HCC coding/training/quality roles, preferably in a healthcare BPO or RCM environment. - Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, risk adjustment models (CMS-HCC, HHS-HCC), and healthcare workflows. - Must hold relevant HCC or coding certification (e.g., CPC, CRC, CCS). - Proven experience in training delivery, content creation, and performance evaluation. - Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.,
