HCC Trainer

As a Process Trainer / Quality Analyst with 8+ years of experience in HCC, your role involves various responsibilities to ensure effective training and quality assurance in a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver comprehensive HCC process training for both new hires and existing team members. - Collaborate closely with Operations and QA teams to update training materials in line with client requirements and process changes. - Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to assess the effectiveness of the training programs. - Ensure that all training activities comply with HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards. - Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and certification data. - Analyze performance trends to identify areas for process improvement. - Provide regular reports on training effectiveness and quality metrics to relevant stakeholders. Requirements: - Minimum 8 years of experience in HCC coding, training, or quality roles, preferably within a healthcare BPO or RCM environment. - Strong proficiency in ICD-10-CM, risk adjustment models (CMS-HCC, HHS-HCC), and healthcare workflows. - Hold relevant HCC or coding certification such as CPC, CRC, or CCS. - Demonstrated experience in training delivery, content creation, and performance evaluation. - Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills are essential for this role.,
