Hardware Testing & Validation Engineer

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing test plans, protocols, and validation procedures for new and existing home appliances. This includes conducting performance, durability, reliability, and safety testing according to internal requirements, Indian and international standards (ISI, BIS etc.). You will document test results, analyze failures, and provide root cause analysis and corrective action proposals. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with suppliers, Design, and Manufacturing teams to validate new product designs and design changes. Furthermore, you will support certification and regulatory compliance testing. It will be part of your role to maintain and calibrate test equipment, fixtures, and lab instruments. You will also prepare and present test reports, dashboards, and validation summaries to stakeholders. In addition, you will participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality and reliability.
