As a member of the Vecmocon team, your responsibilities will include: - **Test Planning & Strategy:** Developing comprehensive test strategies and detailed plans based on product requirements, compliance standards, and project objectives. Defining and implementing test coverage for functional, performance, and reliability metrics. - **Test Execution & Analysis:** Leading and managing validation and verification activities across different environments. Monitoring and analyzing test results to identify root causes of failures and ensure timely resolution. Ensuring proper capture, organization, and traceability of test data. - **Documentation & Reporting:** Maintaining detailed documentation, including test plans, procedures, reports, and compliance data. Creating and managing a structured test database for historical analysis and trend identification. Regularly presenting test insights and failure trends to cross-functional teams. - **Failure Analysis & Continuous Improvement:** Conducting structured root cause analysis for failures and collaborating with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Driving initiatives for enhancing test processes and product reliability. - **Lab Development & Automation:** Establishing and maintaining an advanced test lab equipped with necessary tools and safety systems. Evaluating and implementing automated test frameworks to improve efficiency, coverage, and repeatability. - **Team and Process Management:** Mentoring a team of test engineers and technicians. Defining testing workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring adherence to quality systems. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align testing priorities and timelines. **Key Skills** required for this role include: - Strong knowledge of electronics testing tools such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and DMMs. - Deep understanding of validation procedures for embedded systems and power electronics. - Proficiency in documentation tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Familiarity with compliance and safety standards such as IEC, AIS, and ISO. - Detail-oriented with a high standard for documentation and test setup quality. - Good interpersonal skills and experience in team/people management.,
