Hardware Test Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Technician, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Perform visual inspection and hardware testing (APK Testing) of Machine/Device assemblies to ensure quality and functionality. - Conduct automated transaction testing using scripts to validate device performance. - Verify device functionality using APK and note/coin acceptor transaction testing. - Prepare and maintain daily machine/device testing reports and documentation for internal records. - Perform cable testing for all incoming cables to ensure electrical integrity and compliance. - Carry out integration testing, covering both protocol-based and non-protocol-based systems. - Provide on-site device/machine installation support to clients and internal teams when required. - Map the machine QR and serial numbers during the testing process to ensure accurate tracking and inventory management. Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience in hardware testing and quality assurance. - Proficiency in conducting automated transaction testing and documentation. - Knowledge of cable testing procedures for electrical integrity. - Familiarity with integration testing protocols. - Ability to provide on-site installation support to clients. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in mapping machine QR and serial numbers.
