Hardware Technicians (Mumbai & Surat)

PARK360is expanding, and we're looking for skilledHardware Techniciansto join our growing deployments team acrossMumbaiandSurat.

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of smart parking hardware
• In-depth handling of:
• Controllers
• Boom barriers
• CCTV cameras (IP/ANPR)
• UHF readers & antennas
• Sensors, networks, and related accessories
• On-site troubleshooting and support
• Ensuring system uptime, calibration, and optimal performance
• Coordinating with the software/product team for seamless integrations
• Conducting site audits, testing, and handover documentation

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience withhardware installations
• Knowledge ofcontrollers, gate automation systems, parking hardware
• Understanding ofIP networking, PoE switches, and cabling
• Ability to diagnose and fix on-ground issues quickly
• Willingness to travel to project sites
• 15 years of relevant field experience preferred
