Hardware Service Engineer

You will be responsible for providing laptop/desktop troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance services. This includes diagnosing and fixing hardware issues like motherboard, screen, keyboard, and battery replacements. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve software problems such as operating system errors and malware issues. It is crucial to perform system configurations and updates to ensure optimal performance. Installing, configuring, and upgrading laptop/desktop components and software will also be part of your duties. Regular preventive maintenance checks need to be conducted to ensure the smooth functioning of the systems. This is a contractual/temporary position with a day shift schedule. The preferred experience for this role includes at least 1 year of laptop repair experience. The work location will be in person.
