Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hardware and Network Engineer to manage, maintain, and support our company’s and clients' IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, network configuration, and technical support. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Set up and manage LAN/WAN networks, including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points. Monitor network performance, diagnose problems, and implement improvements. Manage server and backup systems, ensuring data protection and availability. Support internal users and clients via remote desktop or on-site visits. Maintain inventory of hardware components and manage asset lifecycle. Document configurations, incidents, and system changes accurately. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
