Hardware Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Hardware Engineer – PCB Repair to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in electronic equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with soldering, component-level troubleshooting, and using testing tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose faults in PCBs at the component level.
• Perform soldering and desoldering of SMD and through-hole components.
• Use tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and function generators for fault finding.
• Replace faulty components and reassemble boards for testing.
• Maintain detailed repair records and test results.
• Collaborate with the engineering team for root cause analysis and repair improvements.
• Ensure timely and high-quality repair services.

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in PCB soldering, rework, and component testing.
• Good knowledge of electronic components and circuit diagrams.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet repair deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ESD safety and cleanroom practices is a plus.
