Job Description

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED a. Windows installation and configuration (Window 7/10/11) b. Windows based server management c. Active Directory Services management d. Email server management for MS-Exchange, Mdaemon and other mail servers e. Hardware desktop assembly f. Installation of Windows applications and peripherals (printers, scanners etc.) g. MS office installation and configuration h. Basic Router Administration i. Basic Firewall Management OTHER REQUIREMENTS 1. Personnel should have good communication skills 2. Ready to work in field, in house and site 3. Should be good in handling customers in case of any escalations New hires will be responsible for providing onsite hardware and networking support on Windows based platform for desktops and server systems Opportunity to work under guidance of award winning seniors with 30+ years of industry experience.
