Should have hands on experience of working on -
ServiceNow Lens for OCR and enabling an AI Agent for contract and entitlement upload Agentic flow for software provisioning. For example, an agentic flow may include: AI Agent for determining approval requirements AI Agent to coordinate discussion/clarification with user for unknown software AI Agent to coordinate software installation or license provision where integration isnt possible AI Agent to handle updates to Entitlements after SW has been provisioned AI Agents for managing restricted software and updating certified software
Would expect Architect to have strong technical skills and experience in HAM/SAM implementation like HAM OOTB flows, SAM Publisher Integration
Who has strong ITAM knowledge including related integrations like SCCM, JAMF etc.
