We are looking for a creative and skilled Hair Stylist to join our beauty salon team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, while providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
• Provide professional services including:
• Haircuts (men, women, and children)
• Hair coloring, highlights, and hair treatments
• Hair styling for daily wear and special occasions
• Hair spa, smoothening, straightening, perming, and other chemical services
• Recommend appropriate hair care products and maintenance routines.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, styles, and techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and salon equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain good client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, or similar role.
• Professional certification or diploma in cosmetology/hairdressing (preferred).
• Knowledge of different hair types, textures, and treatments.
• Creativity and passion for the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and customer-focused environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak hours.

Pay: ₹11,871.25 - ₹25,000.00 per month
