H Card Executive

Role Overview: As a Customs Clearance (H- Card) at our company, you will be responsible for handling and clearance of imports and exports shipments independently. You must ensure compliance with all customs regulations and laws while facilitating the clearance of goods through customs by liaising with customs officials. It is essential to monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant customs laws and regulations, including tariff classifications, duty rates, and import/export restrictions. In addition, you will be expected to address and resolve any issues that may arise during the customs clearance process and generate reports on customs clearance activities to provide insights for process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Must hold a valid H-Card. - Experience in customs clearance is required. - Knowledge of Custom Clearance of SEZ Shipments is mandatory. - In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, tariff schedules, and trade laws. - Well-versed with import-export documentation, Incoterms, and procedures. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance or a related field. - Professional communication skills and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
