Role- Gynaecologist for IVF Specialist with free 3 yrs IVF fellowship

Location- South Delhi

Medical qualification- A medical degree is required, often at the MS/DNB or MD/DGO level, with a specialty in OBGYN.

Salary- 1.2 - 1.5Lakhs per month

A paid IVF specialist fellowship job involves diagnosing and treating infertility, performing

procedures like egg retrieval and embryo transfer, and providing patient counselling. The

role includes managing patient care, coordinating with embryologists, conducting diagnostic

tests like ultrasounds, and staying current with advancements in reproductive medicine. The

fellowship provides advanced training to become proficient in all aspects of IVF and assisted

reproductive technologies (ART).

Key responsibilities

Patient care and counselling: Diagnose and treat infertility in male and female patients, and provide compassionate, thorough counselling on treatment options.

IVF procedures : Perform and manage procedures such as ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and ICSI .

Diagnostic procedures: Conduct diagnostic tests like ultrasounds and hysteroscopies.

Treatment management: Oversee hormonal treatments and medications.

Team coordination: Work collaboratively with embryologists, andrologists, nurses and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care.

Administrative and compliance tasks: Manage IVF/IUI cycles, ensure all procedures are documented, and adhere to regulatory standards.

Training and research: Participate in teaching, clinical audit, and research activities.

Qualifications and skills

Medical qualification: A medical degree is required, often at the MS/DNB or MD/DGO level, with a specialty in OBGYN.

Specialized fellowship: Previous training or fellowship in Reproductive Medicine, ART, or Clinical Embryology is often preferred or required.

Technical proficiency: Strong surgical skills in ART and related procedures.

Soft skills: Excellent communication, counselling, and patient-handling skills are essential.

Teamwork: The ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team is critical.
