Job Title : Public Relations officer Experience : 1 yrs to 5 years Apply : [email protected] Key Responsibilities of the role: - Developing and executing marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of the brand within designated budgets. - Responsible for the revenue generation and driving operational excellence leading to expanding the portfolio size. - To design, develop and implement a robust marketing business plan to further achieve deep market penetration. - Build a strong Go-to-Market (GTM) plan by developing and executing strategies for hospital services, encompassing market analysis and cross-functional team coordination. - Responsible to work closely with top leadership team and key stakeholders to define the success matrix for the Hospital. - Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals. - Oversee all the publishing material of the hospital; namely: information booklet, leaflets, brochure and other related materials. These shall include the content, design and proofreading. - Guiding and driving the team of executives to generate business through local medical fraternity. - Develop business relations with Insurance Providers / Doctors / Medical Institutions / Medical Tourism drivers. - Oversee the hospital's brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials. - Digital Marketing: Lead the hospital's digital marketing initiatives, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising. - Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, healthcare influencers, and community stakeholders to generate positive publicity and media coverage for the hospital brand. - Collaborate with physicians and clinical departments to promote hospital services, build referral relationships, and facilitate physician engagement in marketing initiatives. - Events and Sponsorships: Plan and coordinate hospital events including Health talks, CMS programs and community education programmes, Health camps, sponsorships, and community outreach programs to raise awareness and promote goodwill in the community. Qualifications and Key skill-set: - Education: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Experience: 2+ years of extensive experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a leadership role with a strong track record of success in a healthcare/ hospital setting. Skills: - Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and hospital marketing trends. - Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and messaging. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including website CMS, social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. - Results-driven with a track record of achieving measurable marketing goals and objectives.
