We are looking for a friendly and organized Gym Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our members and guests. This role involves welcoming clients, managing front desk operations, handling membership inquiries, and ensuring a smooth check-in experience. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with class bookings, maintain a clean and professional reception area, and support daily administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Greet members and visitors with a positive, welcoming attitude Manage check-ins, registrations, and membership enquiries Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and maintain records Handle billing, renewals, and point-of-sale transactions Schedule classes and personal training sessions Provide information on gym facilities, promotions, and services Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk area Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks Requirements: Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills and ability to use scheduling or billing systems Ability to multitask and remain calm in busy periods Previous reception or customer-facing experience is a plus Passion for fitness and a positive attitude
