Job Summary:* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance and support throughout the process. You should have strong knowledge of the local market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal property. *Key Responsibilities:* * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. * Guide clients through the property transaction process from start to finish. * Prepare and present purchase offers and contracts. * Conduct market research to determine property values and trends. * List properties for sale and manage marketing through online and offline channels. * Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses. * Negotiate purchase agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately. * Maintain knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices. * Build and maintain strong client relationships and referral networks. *Requirements:* * Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role (preferred) * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with real estate databases * Strong understanding of local property market trends. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. --- ### *Preferred Qualifications:* * Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
