Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic and result-driven Gym Manager to take charge of our daily operations, ensure a great member experience, and grow our business. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational skills with the ability to attract and retain members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day gym operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the gym team to deliver excellent service.
• Drive new memberships through creative sales initiatives and local outreach.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Ensure the gym is well-maintained, safe, and equipped for optimal performance.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in gym/fitness centre management or a similar customer-focused role.
• Strong sales and networking skills with a track record in business growth.
• Excellent people management and communication abilities.
• Passion for health, fitness, and community building.
